Arolla Partners has announced the appointment of Nigel Webb as its new Chairman, strengthening the firm’s governance structure as it continues to grow.

Nigel brings nearly four decades of experience in financial services, consulting and regulatory advisory, having worked with financial institutions, regulators and governments around the world. He is currently a Senior Advisor at Squire Patton Boggs, where he advises on financial crime, regulatory affairs, governance and operational efficiency.

Over the course of his career, Nigel has held senior leadership roles across banking and consulting. He has served as Global CIO at interdealer broker ICAP and led risk and technology for Global Derivative Services at JPMorgan. He has also been a partner at global professional services firms including Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, and most recently co-led the Governance, Risk and Regulation practice at Interpath Advisory.

Nigel’s appointment comes as the firm continues to strengthen its governance structure and leadership as it evolves into a new chapter of growth.
